Job Description
The Product Manager – Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) for North America (NA) is a highly strategic and critical role on the NA Product Management team. The Product Manager – ATG is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of the company's ATG product portfolio. This role guides products from ideation through commercialization and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with NA customer needs and company business objectives. The Product Manager – ATG blends market/customer insight, technical understanding, product marketing, and financial acumen to drive product development, and long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to define the product line strategy, objectives, and success metrics for the ATG portfolio
• Develop and execute product marketing strategy, enabling Sales with clear positioning, messaging, and tools to accelerate revenue growth
• Own the NA product roadmap and work closely with the global product development team to deliver a clear understanding of NA priorities, and how they align to deliver on business objectives.
• Manage the revenue and margin for the product portfolio including pricing.
• Establish deep technical mastery of the product line to credibly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand the market needs and the product’s position within the market.
• Partner closely with the commercial Sales team on forecasting, win/loss analysis, and competitive positioning
• Establish relationships with key customer and distributor accounts and market segments while actively seeking Voice-Of-Market (VOM) and product feedback.
• Accountable for product portfolio lifecycle from definition through End-of-Life activities. Throughout the product lifecycle, monitor product performance against key metrics and goals. Based on this data, make informed decisions to optimize the product portfolio.
• Demonstrate excellence in execution, aligning key stakeholders to decisions, engineering and operations, highly collaborative with cross-functional partners and customers.
• Support and work closely with the product manufacturing organization to actively maintain product quality and operational margin.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including company executives, to report on product performance, progress, and future plans.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of product management experience and/or equivalent experience within the ATG or fueling industry
• Knowledge in the retail or commercial fueling industry (gas stations, convenience stores, fleet fueling operations, etc.) a major bonus but not required
• Demonstrated success in growing market share, developing new products, and creating brand loyalty
• Demonstrated history working with a dynamic sales team with multiple sales channels
• Experience in leading new high-tech solutions and communicating features, advantages, and benefits
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• BS/BA required or equivalent experience

Fueling Dispenser or Hydraulic (pump/valve etc.) industry knowledge
