Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Analyst/Coordinator to help enable operational excellence across the their client's Corporate Data Office portfolio by ensuring tool integrity, governance compliance, reporting accuracy, and process discipline.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the Value Management Office (VMO) - administering Azure DevOps, maintaining lifecycle standards, validating data integrity, and producing executive-ready portfolio reporting.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, systems-oriented, detail-obsessed, and process-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows with precision. Key Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

Portfolio Governance & Process Compliance
-Audit domain engagement plans for lifecycle, RACI, documentation, and governance compliance.
-Ensure consistent use of standard templates, intake processes, and stage-gate requirements.
-Monitor adherence to delivery frameworks (Agile, waterfall, hybrid) without owning execution.
-Track risks, issues, dependencies, and milestone data to ensure reporting accuracy.
-Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.

Tool Administration & Data Integrity
-Configure and maintain Azure DevOps workflows, standards, and data hygiene.
-Ensure alignment between project artifacts and reporting systems.
-Support automation and optimization of reporting and workflow processes.
-Leverage AI tools to enhance documentation quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Portfolio Reporting & Analytics
-Maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio-level reporting artifacts.
-Validate completeness and accuracy of project data prior to executive distribution.
-Produce weekly and monthly reporting with high attention to detail.
-Monitor portfolio health metrics and flag anomalies or data inconsistencies.

Operational Enablement & Coordination
-Prepare meeting materials, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
-Reinforce process standards across domain engagements.
-Coordinate cross-functional updates to maintain reporting cadence.
-Provide structured operational support to project managers and team leads without assuming project ownership

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years of experience in project operations, PMO operations, delivery operations, or portfolio support roles.
-Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (configuration, hygiene, reporting, dashboards).
-Experience supporting technology, data, or digital transformation initiatives
-Experience using AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, or workflow efficiency.
-Comfort operating in hybrid delivery environments (Agile, waterfall, or blended frameworks).
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
-Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience working within a Data and/or AI organization
-Experience coordinating global projects
