Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the team of a leading EPC Midstream company in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all electrical engineering project outcomes for top Midstream Operators across the US, encompassing both greenfield and brownfield projects. Key tasks include working with low and medium voltage systems, conducting grounding studies, sizing cables and conduits, performing lighting calculations, and carrying out arc flash, short circuit, and load flow studies. The role involves working on motor control centers (MCCs), power distribution buildings, electrical panels, and transformers. Responsibilities also include creating one-line diagrams, power distribution diagrams, cable tray plans, and power and lighting plans.
