Job Description

The Workday Integrations Developer plays a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high‑quality integrations across the Workday ecosystem. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and cross‑functional IT teams to deliver robust technical solutions that support enterprise operations. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday integration expertise, strong development skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into elegant, reliable technical designs.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6+ years of hands‑on Workday integration development experience.
5+ years of overall IT experience in software development or systems integration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong proficiency in XSLT, plus experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Deep understanding of SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, and modern API patterns.
Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules.
Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and integration best practices.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday Integration certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Connectors) highly preferred.
Experience with Workday Extend and building custom Workday applications.
Background in designing large‑scale, enterprise‑grade integrations.
Familiarity with security frameworks, authentication models, and Workday data governance.
