Job Description
An employer in Houston, TX is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple related projects that collectively drive strategic business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders while proactively managing risks and dependencies. The Program Manager acts as a key connector between leadership, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure programs are executed successfully and deliver measurable value. This person will be creating roadmaps, weekly execution reports, conducting performance tracking and tool enablement. This person must also have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and good working in a fast-paced environment. Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers a pay range of $50-$55/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Proven experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Previous experience supporting AI related projects and implementing AI tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AI certifications
PMP certification
