Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Nuclear Commissioning Manager responsible for supervising the pre-commissioning and start-up phases of nuclear power generation projects across the United States. The primary locations include Idaho Falls, Utah, Washington State, and Pennsylvania. This role involves managing project teams ranging from 30 to 250 personnel. The manager will oversee activities during the pre-commissioning and utilities phase—covering systems such as water and natural gas—as well as the start-up phase, which includes handling active hazardous materials like hydrocarbons and uranium.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering, or 10–15 years of equivalent field experience.
10+ years of experience in the nuclear commissioning space
understanding of design, construction, start-up, commissioning, and turnover processes within nuclear project delivery.
Understanding of QA/QC requirements for nuclear systems.
Comprehensive understanding of nuclear facility systems and fundamental knowledge in disciplines such as HVAC, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and reactor auxiliary systems.
