Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly capable Project Manager/ Delivery Lead to support a long term, large scale modernization initiative focused on the Ledger and associated financial platforms for one of our financial clients. This five year transformation involves coordinating three major projects and 10+ workstreams, partnering closely with Technology Leadership, CFO Change, and the Enterprise PMO (ePMO). This role owns program wide financial tracking, governance routines, cross team dependency management, and delivery assurance across a complex, matrixed technology organization. This role is open to 3x onsite in Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in program management, project management, change management, or PMO roles within large, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi project initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Experience supporting or delivering large scale ERP or financial system initiatives (General Ledger, finance platforms, etc.).
• Background in technology delivery programs or enterprise transformation efforts.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
