Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end program management for cybersecurity modernization initiatives involving SIEM and SOAR platforms within DoD environments.
- Oversee acquisition lifecycle activities in accordance with DoD 5000 series, JCIDS, and relevant federal procurement regulations.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, capability development, and system integration efforts across cross‑functional engineering, cyber operations, and mission support teams.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics to ensure delivery of mission‑critical capabilities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to ensure alignment with operational needs and security mandates.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- 3+ years of experience managing DoD acquisition programs
- 3+ years of experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, QRadar, Palo Alto Cortex, etc.).
- Familiarity with RMF, NIST 800‑53, DoD CIO cybersecurity guidance, and Zero Trust architecture.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- DAWIA/DAU certifications (PMP, ACQ, PM, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting cyber operations centers, defensive cyber operations (DCO), or enterprise security engineering.
- Prior experience with federal contracting, budgeting (PPBE), or program control.
