Job Description

A premier health system in Katy, Texas is seeking a dedicated and proactive Call Center Pharmacy Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients to manage their prescription refills. Your primary duties will include:

- Proactively calling patients to discuss prescription refills.
- Utilizing the Epic Willow Ambulatory system.
- Running reports to identify patients to call.
- Setting up medication delivery and verifying credit card information for payments.
- Additional tasks may be assigned based on performance.
- Currently, no inbound calls are required, but this may change in the future.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Active Texas State Board Pharmacy Technician License.
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenging calls.
- Customer service experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Compass Rose experience
- Call center experience
