Job Description
Insight Global seeks an Account Manager to support business operations for a leading contractor management software company located in Midland, TX. This position provides a critical link between customers, sales, business development and management of client accounts. Key responsibilities include:
-Proactively service and support contractor/supplier and client customers
-Conduct advanced trainings on the product via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
-Participate in prospecting efforts including calls, emails and new business meetings
-Prepare, present and be able to recap calls with client customers
-Field incoming calls and emails and partner with the Contractor Development team to troubleshoot problems directly involving client contacts
-Support team members on researching and analyzing key data related to growing the health of client accounts
-Research and explain the use of various tools to expand and engage assigned accounts

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
-2+ years of work experience in a sales or customer service position
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent presentation skills
-Desire to research and communicate with prospective clients
-Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
-Excellent customer service orientation
