Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and personable Medical Receptionist to join a busy Women’s Health/OBGYN practice in McAllen, TX. The ideal candidate will bring strong front-desk experience within a medical setting and deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of medical front desk experience in a clinical setting
- Prior experience supporting patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and EMR workflows
- Strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of patient interactions
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in an OBGYN or - Women’s Health practice
- Familiarity with handling sensitive patient conversations
