Job Description
A client is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and execute data center construction projects across Texas and New Mexico. This role is responsible for building structure, consistency, and scalable processes across the data center vertical, including project lifecycle oversight, P&L awareness, training management, and quality control across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities include guiding projects through all phases: pre‑construction, design coordination, field execution, commissioning, and service turnover - while ensuring projects meet operational standards and customer expectations. The position partners closely with project teams and sales to evaluate opportunities, validate project readiness, and support risk management. This is an individual‑contributor role with on‑site authority to identify issues, direct corrective actions, and reinforce operational best practices across construction teams and vendors. The role requires approximately 50% travel and reports into regional leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of multi-phase project execution and operational processes.
- Willingness to travel 50% within TX & NM; ideally based in Dallas or Houston
