Job Description
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday Financials platform focusing on the areas of Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlement, Supplier Accounts, Procurement, Expenses
• Act as a liaison between finance teams and Workday developers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors
• Working knowledge of data file exchange across applications including format transformation and transmission protocols
• Design, implement, and maintain security configurations within Workday, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements
• Experience with Workday EIBs, Calculated Fields and Composite Reports
• Stay up to date with Workday releases, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable
• Excel in providing clear, effective and positive communication with colleagues and stakeholders while working remotely

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials experience, or direct experience participating in a Workday Financials implementation
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles, operations, and the chart of accounts, including GL mapping, cost centers, and financial reporting structures
• Experience configuring or maintaining financial objects such as spend categories, business processes, and approval workflows
• Experience supporting financial systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues, partner with end users, and recommend system solutions
• Familiarity with financial and operational reporting within Workday or similar ERP environments
• Working knowledge of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management tools such as Jira
• Strong requirements‑gathering skills, with the ability to meet with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system design
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to clearly articulate requirements, system changes, and process impacts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience implementing Workday Financials or contributing to a full‑cycle Workday Financials deployment
• Hands‑on Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) experience, including building, loading, and troubleshooting integrations
• Background in financial accounting or a related accounting discipline, with a strong understanding of core financial processes
• Prior experience supporting Financial Management or Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) modules in Workday or another ERP
