Job Description

An oncology provider in El Paso, TX is seeking a Desk Nurse to join their team. This person will play a critical role in supporting patient care through administrative coordination and education. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys organizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and empowering patients with knowledge about their treatment plans. While direct clinical care is limited, the nurse will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and the care team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience as a registered nurse
- Current RN license, Texas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- BLS certification
- Great communication skills and a strong team player

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in the ICU or in a clinic setting
- Oncology experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
