Job Description

The Inventory Manager will support daily operations for a forklift rental and repair shop by tracking, organizing, and maintaining all parts and equipment inventory. This role is responsible for ordering supplies, reviewing and processing invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials. The specialist will work closely with mechanics, office staff, and customers to ensure timely support and smooth day‑to‑day workflow. This is a hands‑on position that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience tracking, receiving, and organizing inventory in a warehouse environment
Ability to complete and review invoices, documentation, and basic computer transactions
Strong communication skills for working with customers, technicians, and office staff
Basic proficiency with computers (email, spreadsheets, data entry)
Ability to maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in equipment rental, repair, or mechanical service environments
Familiarity with parts used in forklift or industrial equipment operations
Prior experience coordinating with field technicians or shop mechanics
Prior dispatching experience
