Job Description
- Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM) as part of a large‑scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiative
- Oversee full lifecycle setup and configuration of SAP EAM, ensuring functional readiness, system alignment, and integration with enterprise data and reporting tools
- Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and transition from the legacy Oracle asset management system into SAP
- Define and prioritize system enhancements across multiple phases of the program, determining what functionality fits into each release and driving successful implementation of Phase 1
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across five operational divisions, aligning organizational mapping (divisions, territories, work centers, org structures) with SAP EAM requirements
- Support key integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, Synergy, and other enterprise systems
- Oversee reporting and compliance deliverables, including regression efforts, Tableau dashboards, and web compliance reporting
- Manage asset templates, work order creation, and asset lifecycle processes, including scheduling, inspections, repairs, and long‑term asset strategy
- Drive documentation and change management, including technical, functional, and process documentation as well as OCM and training activities
- Operate within a hybrid methodology, leveraging both agile and waterfall elements depending on project phase and deliverable type
- Maintain alignment to defined scope, ensuring efforts stay within approved boundaries (e.g., excluding MDIX migration, construction process changes, or major business‑process overhauls as noted in the Out‑of‑Scope section of the image)

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience, leading multi‑phase, enterprise‑level initiatives, including system conversions, migrations, and enhancement projects
- Proven ability to operate as a self‑starter and strategic driver - someone who can set direction, influence stakeholders, and confidently command a room
- Ability to function as the PMO lead, working autonomously without the need for hand‑holding; brings high energy, high impact, and a strong track record of building trust and cross‑functional partnerships
- Demonstrated experience managing third‑party vendors and system integrators, serving as the primary voice and representative for the organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear executive‑level updates and translate complex technical concepts into business‑focused language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Prior hands‑on experience working on an Oracle and SAP system project
- Background working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (or hybrid environments)
