Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Case Manager to support a premier, nationally recognized insurance and wealth management client in Austin, TX. In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end life insurance application lifecycle, ensuring each case is processed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. This position acts as a liaison between financial professionals, carrier partners, and internal operational teams.
As a Case Manager, you will:
- Handle incoming life insurance applications and confirm all requirements are complete
- Submit cases to carriers and maintain ongoing follow‑up through final approval
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone to clients and financial advisors
- Coordinate with underwriting teams and internal partners to resolve outstanding items
- Track and manage all case activity through the client’s internal CRM system
- Ensure life insurance operations run smoothly and meet internal workflow expectations
- Collaborate with both remote and onsite team members
- Report directly to a remote Case Management Manager
This is a direct hire position with a salary of $70,000 to $80,000.

Required Skills & Experience
2–3+ years of experience working in the life insurance industry
- Prior experience handling life insurance cases, underwriting workflows, or policy issuance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working directly with clients, financial professionals, and carrier partners
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of cases
- Proficient with CRM systems and standard office technology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with independent firms or broker‑dealers
- Exposure to life insurance operations, case design, or new business workflows
- Experience collaborating with underwriting teams
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field
