A leading technology company is seeking a remote Implementation Specialist with deep PowerFlex experience to support the successful deployment and optimization of their new infrastructure. This position requires working directly with customer teams to ensure alignment with operational best practices around storage configuration, performance tuning, backup/recovery and replication planning. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise and the communication skills necessary to lead documentation and knowledge transfer efforts. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-depth knowledge transfer sessions on PowerFlex concepts, PowerFlex Manager, and daily operational processes to the client team
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop customized agendas for training and learning modules
- Perform review and validation of existing PowerFlex system configurations against industry best practices
- Advise on optimization strategies and enhancements such as performance tuning and PowerFlex API integrations
- Assist in planning and implementation of backup/recovery strategies using tools such as NetBackup, SRM, and Zerto
- Recommend and guide PowerFlex replication setup, ensuring a scalable and fault-tolerant infrastructure
- Provide ongoing technical consultation and documentation related to PowerFlex environments
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and document all deliverables and progress

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell PowerFlex, including configuration, management, and operational support
- 3+ years implementing storage best practices and optimization techniques in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in PowerFlex Manager and integration with other automation or monitoring platforms
- Experience with storage backup and recovery systems, particularly NetBackup and SRM
- 2+ years’ experience with storage replication solutions, ideally PowerFlex replication and/or Zerto
- Familiarity with Pure Storage products is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and presentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr
**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
