Job Description
An employer in The Woodlands, TX area is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their Application Development and Project Delivery team. This team is responsible for the success and delivery of application development project and solutions for the enterprise organization. On a daily basis, this PM will be responsible for engaging and managing quality assurance processes as it relates to system implementation and development projects. This will include reviewing, generating and editing deliverables; submitting test scripts; report development; changa management processes and formal change requests; as well we cut over and disaster recovery plans. This PM will be supporting various specific plans and enterprise implementation projects so they will have technical exposure to large project delivery execution and room for growth within the organization. This is a permanent direct hire opportunity paying an annual salary between $120 - 130K.

Required Skills & Experience
4-6 Years experience in IT Project Management roles
Experience leading technical implementation projects
Experience and focus supporting QA initiatives including reviewing, generating and editing deliverables; submitting test scripts; etc.
Strong understanding and experience performing change management processes including change requests, communication of cut over plans and disaster recovery plans, formal report development, etc.
Experience in data conversion and system implementation aspects of projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the real estate industry
