We are seeking a hands-on, full-stack Software Developer with strong backend and frontend development experience. This role is highly technical: 90% of the work is coding. You will receive business and manufacturing requirements and translate them directly into high‑quality, production-ready software.

Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills (3+ Years Each):
- Java (Backend Development) – building backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Node.js with TypeScript – server‑side logic, API development, middleware.
- React – modern component development, hooks, UI state management.
- Python – scripting, automation, tooling support.
Full‑Stack Capability:
- Able to deliver end‑to‑end features across frontend and backend.
- Comfortable working independently from requirement intake through implementation.
Software Engineering Practices:
- Strong debugging, testing, and code‑quality discipline.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Solid understanding of API design, scalable application patterns, and modular architecture.
- Ability to translate business/manufacturing requirements directly into technical solutions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Manufacturing, MES, or plant‑floor systems exposure.
- Background in legacy system modernization or platform consolidation.
- Familiarity with cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or CI/CD pipelines.
