Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on HR Business Partner who can own day‑to‑day HR operations with a focus on benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding for both employees and contractors (including terminations), staffing agency/vendor management, and HRIS data integrity and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, people‑first HR professional who enjoys improving processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a great employee experience from pre‑hire to exit.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Hands‑on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding experience, including terminations.
- Experience managing contractors and staffing agencies/MSPs end‑to‑end.
- Proficiency with an HRIS (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP, BambooHR, or similar) and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
- Demonstrated strength in reporting and analytics, especially new‑hire data and headcount reporting.
- Working knowledge of key regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, EEOC) and standard HR compliance practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a service mindset.
