Integrations Product Owner

Insight Global is seeking an Integrations Product Owner to join a large midstream oil and gas company in Houston, TX. This position is 4 days per week onsite, with a start date ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership -
- Define and manage the integration platform roadmap.
- Gather requirements, align business needs with technical solutions.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog for maximum value.
- Ensure clear requirements for internal teams and vendors.
- Oversee agile delivery processes and maintain product stability.
- Make data-driven decisions and provide feedback to the team.

Stakeholder Management-
- Lead governance and prioritize work based on business value.
- Act as the main link between users and delivery teams.
- Build strong relationships and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Communicate clearly, share information early, and manage escalations.
- Educate stakeholders on platform value and best practices.

- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Technical Advisor, or Technical BA
- Hands on experience in integration technologies (APIs, ESB, ETL, batch jobs, event-driven architecture)
- Hands on experience with cloud integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, Mulesoft)
- Experience managing product roadmaps
- Experience with agile/scrum, Azure DevOps, product lifecycle management and CI-CD practices
- Experience with stakeholder management and vendor management
- Knowledge of best practice security standards, compliance and change management

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Manager certifications
