Job Description

One of our top financial services clients is looking for an associate Enterprise Performance Manager (EPM) that reports to the Associate Director of Strategic Operations. This position will have responsibilities assisting over multiple functions mainly supporting the Oracle EPM suite of applications (ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS).

- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of EPM solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Liaise with Oracle for effective management of service requests (SRs).
- Keep users updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
- Manage timely delivery of enhancements/projects and ensure user satisfaction.
- Support risk and change management for enhancements/projects.
- Advise on options, risks, and impacts on related processes or systems.
- Communicate and drive project deliverables effectively.
- Complete tasks efficiently and provide regular status and issue reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 years of Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS) Experience
- Perform integrations, data mapping, and automation between Oracle EPM and other systems.
- Experience working with or knowledge of general ledgers.
- Ability to trouble shoot and enhance systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Groovy scripting
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM PBCS/Planning
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM EDMCS
• Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science background
