Job Description
A client in Spring, TX is looking for an HR Generalist to assist with a Compensation project. This person will be reviewing and cleaning up job titles for an organization with 5,000 employees. They will also be responsible for analyzing current role structure and identifying opportunities to streamline (e.g., currently 18 Business Development Manager roles). lastly, they will be assessing years of experience across common roles and identify outliers. This position is looking to pay $18-20/hr.

Background could be in Compensation, Learning & Development, or HR Generalist roles.
Some HR and general business acumen
At least a year of experience in compensation
Experience in change management
Ability to develop an HR plan
Advanced MS Excel skills
