Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator, essential to the success of a robotics organization's Talent Acquisition team. This role will be the central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless, positive, and efficient interview process from start to finish. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating complex interview schedules, managing candidate communications, and maintaining data parity in internal systems.
Responsibilities include:
Interview Coordination & Logistics: Own complex interview schedules across multiple departments and time zones, including phone, video, and onsite interviews. Manage all logistical details, such as booking conference rooms, arranging travel, and processing candidate expense reimbursements.
Candidate Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the later stages of the interview process, providing clear instructions, and a welcoming presence to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records within Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information, interview feedback, and job status details are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience in a coordinating, administrative, or customer-facing role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proven ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations and without all of the data.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences for internal and external customers.
Discretion and experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
Proficiency with the Google Workspace suite.
Prior experience in a recruiting or HR environment.
