Insight Global is looking for a project engineering in Port Arthur Texas. This role will support the development and execution of new power generation facilities and represent the utility’s interests across all engineering aspects of the project, providing technical oversight of EPC contractor activities to ensure compliance with owner requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8 - 15 years of experience as project engineer
- Highly skilled in all engineering disciplines
- 5+ years of experience as project engineer on owner side, experience as engineer on the EPC side as well
- 2+ years of experience working on gas fired power plants
- 2+ years of experience with Transmission & Distribution, fuels, and field delivery
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings and providing feedback to engineering contractor
