Job Description

The Senior Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights across the organization. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, model data, and create visualizations that drive decision-making. The developer will manage Power BI workspaces, ensure data accuracy, optimize report performance, and enforce governance standards. Regular tasks include publishing dashboards, supporting ad hoc reporting needs, and mentoring junior analysts on BI best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience developing BI solutions using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices
Proficiency in SQL and data transformation (ETL) processes
Strong understanding of data visualization, storytelling, and report design principles
Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud data warehouses, etc.)
eAbility to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly dashboards and analytics solutions
