Develop scalable, high-quality software applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ideate, build, and refine user-centered solutions.
Participate in pair programming, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
Implement automated tests and adhere to Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure software reliability.
Work across the full stack — from front-end components to backend services and databases.
Standardize and improve QA procedures, oversee testing and debugging, and develop fixes.
Research, analyze, and resolve complex software-related issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and team practices.
Build reusable components and frameworks that accelerate development for other teams.
Ensure adherence to standards and governance for consistency across digital experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis.
Proficiency in full-stack development (front-end and back-end technologies).
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and TDD principles.
Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passion for working in a collaborative, learning-driven environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js preferred; React or Angular acceptable).
Experience with backend frameworks such as ASP.NET and Express.js.
Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Exposure to digital healthcare platforms or regulated environments.
