Job Description
Day-to-Day:
The Network Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Toyota Tsusho Systems’ network infrastructure. This role includes managing network performance, ensuring security compliance, and leading projects to optimize connectivity across multiple sites. The Network Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and act as the primary escalation point for complex network issues. Daily tasks include configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, monitoring network health, and implementing improvements to support business operations
Compensation:
$35/hr to $40/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and administration
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and configurations
• Expertise in network security best practices and compliance standards
• Ability to lead network projects and mentor junior engineers
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and network automation tools
• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE)
Knowledge of VoIP and wireless networking
