Job Description
• Manage multiple projects throughout planning, design, bid, and construction phases. Define and plan project work scope, schedules, budget, and resource requirements.
• Independently develop high quality civil engineering products including construction document drawings, specifications, narratives, calculations, and utilize and improve civil design standards and details.
• Review drawings and proposals by vendors, engineers, and architects, and drive multi-disciplinary coordination. Present 30% 60% 90% model reviews to stakeholders and multi-discipline teams
• Conduct meetings and coordinate permitting agencies to obtain jurisdictional approvals of civil engineering scope.
• Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to both internal and external team members.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in building high-tech/industrial infrastructure and operational facilities (vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.).
• Experience in master planning including design of roadway, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, stormwater management plans (flood control and stormwater quality), erosion and sediment control plans, project sites with multi-users and modes of transportation, and manufacturing operational construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as hydrology/stormwater management software for civil design and ability to produce construction documents for permitting and issuance for construction.
