Job Description
We are seeking a Fire/Security System Design Manager to lead a design team of approximately 10 individuals in the Dallas region, with occasional support for Fort Worth and Abilene. This role focuses on team leadership, performance management, and coordination between sales and operations, while also providing hands-on design support during downtime. Candidates should have experience in fire or security system design (both preferred but not required), strong people management skills including documented performance reviews and corrective actions, and familiarity with tools such as ERP, Bluebeam, CAD, and Revit. No travel is required for this position.
