Job Overview:
The Field Service Operations Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal engineering teams. This role ensures timely resolution of technical issues, coordinates field validation projects, and manages administrative tasks to support efficient service delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Administrative Duties:
Provide support for Level 1 and Level 2 Call Center operations.
Coordinate field validation projects and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage site selection and approval processes for installations.
Schedule installations and coordinate with Authorized Service Organizations (ASOs).
Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Review, analyze, and resolve service tickets or escalate to engineering as needed.
Monitor ticket progress and escalate issues promptly to maintain SLAs.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve service processes.

Technical Background & Experience:
Candidates should possess prior experience in fuel dispenser service or related technical roles. Examples include:
Wayne ASO Technician
Gilbarco ASC Technician
Bennet Service Technician
Certified Wayne/Gilbarco/Bennet Service Technician
Fuel Dispenser Technician
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
3+ years of experience in fuel dispenser service or related technical field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of fuel dispenser systems and components.
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with service ticketing systems and escalation workflows.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders.
