Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commissions Analyst to join our client's client services team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely commission processing while delivering exceptional service to advisors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with organizational excellence and clear communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Accounting (preferred) or equal relevant experience
2–4 years of experience in life insurance or financial services.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, think critically, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
