Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is looking to onboarding a Sr. Manager, Accounting to their team in Plano, TX. This individual will lead a team of seven accountants, overseeing corporate accounting and the monthly close process. They will manage general ledger activities, ensure accurate bookings in NetSuite, and review reconciliations and financial statements. They will also maintain strong internal controls, support audits, drive process improvements, and partner with FP&A and other finance teams to deliver accurate results and enhance efficiency. This is a permanent opportunity and is required to come onsite in Plano, TX 2 times a week.

Required Skills & Experience
CPA license (active preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including corporate accounting and general ledger management.
Strong month-end close experience in an established company environment.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
