Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Menu Management & Data Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with menu maintenance tasks across multiple systems, including creating items, validating item numbers and descriptions, updating pricing, configuring inventory items and offers/discounts/coupons, and troubleshooting reported issues. You will be expected to work independently, pick up tasks quickly, and run with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge
• Experience with database maintenance
• Strong data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working with POS menu management software
• Experience with the Xpient IRIS POS system
• Familiarity with Xpient EDM (Enterprise Data Management)
