Insight Global is seeking a full life cycle recruiter for thier client in the Construction Industry in Irving, Texas. This will start out as a contract position but looking to then bring this individual on as a permanent hire. This position will be handling on recruiting for internal placements, handling internal applicants, as well as outbound sourcing/recruiting. The Construction Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates in various roles within the construction industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, customer service qualities and have experience working in a high-volume environment. This role will be onsite in Irving, Texas, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience recruiting, specifically coming from the Construction Industry
Strong understanding of construction roles and industry requirements.
Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
