Insight Global is seeking to hire a Fund Operations Analyst to join a global investment firm based in Dallas, TX on a fulltime basis.
The ideal candidates will be a multi-talented, extremely detailed focused and hands-on self-starter who
will provide implementation and support for several data and reporting projects. This opportunity is a
fully in-office position, based out of our Dallas, Texas HQ, and reports to the Director of Financial
Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, review, and accept investor subscription documentation in accordance with the firm’s
and regulators’ compliance standards.
• Concisely and effectively communicate with investors to ensure a smooth investor onboarding
process and a continued and ongoing “white glove” service level.
• Participate in investment transaction operations by updating colleagues with investor stage,
document status, and cash receipts.
• Maintain investor portal data ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage the distribution of quarterly and annual investor reporting, e.g. members capital
statements and K-1s.
• Respond to ad hoc inquiries related to fund operations from internal stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in fund operations processes, propose innovative
solutions, work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, and continuously
enhance fund operations’ reporting processes to create repeatable, scalable systems that
support firm growth and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in person in firm-wide and department-specific internal meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, finance, consulting, accounting, legal, or
other professional services roles. We value proactive, well-rounded problem-solvers and will
consider diverse experience and education backgrounds for alignment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communicator, delivering polished and sophisticated interactions
with internal teams and external clients.
• Eagerness and motivation to provide industry best onboarding and ongoing client service.
• Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining cordial and productive relationships inside
and outside of the organization, through all levels of an organization.
• A team and firm first thinker with sophisticated maturity to understand broader firm process
and strategic direction.
• Extensive Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, nested IF-THEN
statements, and querying multiple data sources. Experience with creating and maintaining VBA
Macros is a plus.
• Laser-sharp focus on details with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience with Backstop and/or Flow is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance processes and Broker Dealer and/or Registered
Investment Adviser regulations is a strong plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and flexibility, with the ability to work under pressure in a
demanding environment, both independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational
