Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Network Product Support Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the front line support, break/fix, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of Home Depot's entire network infrastructure, including data centers, corporate offices, warehouses, and stores. This person will act as reactionary individual on the team, responding to any L1 network issue that may arise. Main areas of support will include circuits, routing/switching, and firewalls. Pay rate for this position is between $25 and $30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in network troubleshooting support
○ Troubleshooting/supporting:
§ Network layers
§ Connections
§ Routing/switching
§ Firewalls
§ BGP
§ Circuits
§ Servers
- Experience doing configuration in a network support context
- CCNA certifications
- Experience working at an enterprise company
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any other tech/cloud certifications outside of CCNA
- Experience with ServiceNow
