Summary
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Turnover Coordinator to lead document control and turnover processes for a large-scale construction project. Ensure compliance with quality procedures and support cross-functional teams in delivering accurate, timely documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead turnover process under Project General Superintendent
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and distribution
• Support Quality and Commissioning teams with turnover packages
• Track and report document control metrics
• Assist with audits and inspections

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in document control or turnover coordination
• Experience with construction workflows and quality procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Power plant, industrial, renewable energy construction experience.
· 4-year degree in construction-related field or engineering.
· Previous experience in overseeing system turnover
