Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Principal to lead and support the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across our global workforce. This role is critical in guiding the organization through a complex transformation from PeopleSoft 9.2 to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules with strong HR operational insight and project management skills.

You will partner closely with HR, IT, and project leadership to coordinate configuration, process alignment, data validation, and organizational readiness workstreams. This position ensures technical and functional activities move in sync—supporting both system implementation and business change for a successful transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a functional and technical advisor during the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation.
• Provide HR functional support and act as a subject matter expert for HR processes.
• Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) starting November 10 and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support configuration validation and ensure readiness for Go-Live on.
• Collaborate with external vendor and internal IT teams to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Contribute to the design of the future-state HR operating model, ensuring processes and governance align with the new platform.
• Help build business case documentation and guide internal HR teams.
• Identify and update HR policies impacted by the system transition.
• Support change management and communication efforts, including stakeholder impact analysis and training needs.
• Ensure integrations between Oracle Fusion and related systems (payroll, timekeeping, learning, analytics) function effectively.
• Monitor progress across workstreams, identify dependencies, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, including knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
