Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Response Specialist to join the Customer Response Unit at a major Title Insurance client. The Customer Response Unit (CRU) Representative serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, providing support related to title insurance services. This role requires prior experience in the title insurance industry and a strong understanding of title processes, documentation, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems regarding title insurance products and services.
Communicate with escrow officers, title examiners, and underwriters to resolve issues and provide updates.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to title production and closing.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the title insurance industry (required).
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of title insurance terminology, documentation, and workflow.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title production software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
