Job Description

An employer in the Midland, TX area is looking for field on-site representatives with the demonstrated capacity to execute of all their unconventional completion activities for 10,000'+ horizontals, with the capability to ensure safe, reliable and high-performance operations. This person will be responsible for the supervision of well field activities at well locations in the Midland area. Daily, this person will manage on-site activities including cost estimating, scheduling, preparing work scopes, inspections, tracking and reporting. They will also ensure operational excellence and safe work practices and ensure that technical and regulatory requirements are in compliance with company and regulatory standards. In addition, this person will be executing well programs and assisting in communications with regulatory agencies. This person will be working with a large team, so it is critical they are a team player and have excellent leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Wellsite Representative

Frac and Drill out Experience (Drill out coil and work over)

Snubbing Experience

Demonstrated experience in unconventional frac, drill-out and/or site prep operations for 10,000'+ horizontals

Proficient in WellView

Basic computer usage skills, including MS Excel, Office, Teams, etc.

Valid IADC Well Control Certification

HSE knowledge and awareness

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Wellsite Representative

Experience managing a site with strong leadership skills
