Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join one our largest financial clients. This individual will:
Write and develop closure packages for task closures, ensuring comprehensive documentation of resolution activities.
Conduct research to understand complex issues and identify root causes.
Gather and organize key artifacts to support closure documentation and stakeholder communication.
Present closure packages to large audiences, gather feedback, and coordinate response actions.
Demonstrate strong technical writing skills to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in an audit, compliance, business process, or operational risk role
Strong knowledge of financial services operations, ideally disputes
Expertise in drafting statements, preparing closure packages, and maintaining detailed control documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with disputes
Familiarity with Reg E/Reg Z
