Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver innovative, enterprise-level solutions across a diverse application landscape. This role focuses on creating sophisticated, scalable systems that drive continuous improvement and enable new capabilities for the business. They will determine best practices for managing master data, system interfaces, and information flow, while collaborating closely with technology leads and business stakeholders to align on solution strategies. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership to drive consensus and ensure seamless implementation across multiple teams and regions. The architect will lead complex projects from concept through deployment, overseeing rollouts to approximately 70 sites and 30 regions, and then return to enhance and expand capabilities post-deployment. The technical environment includes legacy green-screen ERP systems and modern platforms leveraging Kubernetes, JavaScript, and data streaming. Candidates should have proven experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions across mixed technology environments, a track record of delivering new capabilities, and expertise in integration strategies, master data management, and interface design. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and containerization is essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure alignment across the organization. Hourly rate with range from $66-96/hr depending on their experience.
