Insight Global is looking for an OT/ICS SCADA Electrical Engineer to be a team lead in the San Antonio Area. This person will be working in a Lab dedicated to research, development, and testing of secure and resilient Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). As

Required Skills & Experience

Secret Clearance to start (but will need to get TS/SCI)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of experience with OT/ICS systems, team leadership, virtualization, and automation.
Expert-level proficiency in VMware ESXi, Terraform, and Ansible.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, network security).
Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC).
Proficient in Python programming.
Hands-on experience building ICS virtualized training ranges.
Familiarity with OT/ICS cybersecurity and red/blue team scenarios.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
