Insight Global is seeking a skilled MAUI Developer to join a Digital team, contributing to innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing a mobile app. One of 3 mobile developers. This role involves hands-on development and maintenance of consumer-facing, cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, with a focus on integrating third-party vendor solutions. You’ll
play a key part in enhancing customer engagement and strengthening brand loyalty through cutting-edge mobile solutions. Collaborate with UX and Product teams to define scope, estimate level of effort, and identify opportunities for simpler, more efficient solutions. Work closely with fellow MAUI developers to write clean, extensible code that supports rapid iteration. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and demo completed work at the end of each sprint. Design and implement a scalable, flexible menu framework used across all restaurant regions. Build engaging, user-facing features that bring marketing ideas to life in the Whataburger app. Integrate functionality to support SheerID verification workflows, promotional logic, and eligibility management. Customize infrastructure to enable third-party gamified campaigns. Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, and performant within the broader digital ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET, specifically with Xamarin or MAUI frameworks for cross-platform mobile development
- Experience using AI to deploy code: GitHub CoPilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain iOS and Android apps using a shared codebase
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio to compile code
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Front-end development skills, with an understanding of responsive design, mobile UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with back-end development using .NET APIs, Azure Functions, or similar technologies
- Prior integration experience with third-party platforms or marketing tools (SheerID, Cataboom, or similar)
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for interpreting UI/UX specifications
- Exposure to native mobile development using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
