Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their team in Pasadena, TX. We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to support their onsite occupational medical services for industrial clients. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between our medical team, clients, and internal operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and our medical team, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery
• Coordinate onsite medical testing schedules, including pre-employment exams, compliance screenings, and retests
• Manage and process medical documentation, test results, and follow-up communications with high level client stakeholders
• Track employee health changes and ensure appropriate retesting and documentation updates
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internal systems
• Email and distribute required documents to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services
• Support the administrative workflow post-service, including data entry and report preparation

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in client services and project coordination

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe

Experience with Salesforce

Experience proofreading and editing documentation with a strong attention to detail

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in healthcare administration or occupational medicine

Familiarity with OSHA/MSHA or similar compliance standards
