Conducted in-person site surveys to gather detailed information on device inventory, configuration, usage, and logistics.
Collaborated directly with end users to understand operational needs and ensure optimal device setup.
Installed and configured Windows-based kiosk/shared/special-use devices, including peripherals and custom applications.
Independently managed on-site rollout of replacement devices, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Created user-friendly documentation including flyers, job aids, and communications for end users and managers.
Applied over 4 years of hands-on experience in Windows setup, maintenance, and support to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Windows set up, maintenance, support and configuration
Intune or Autopilot experience
Experience troubleshooting and setting up new devices on site
Experience with peripheral setup and app installations
