Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Product Manager for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a chat bot implementation for a well-known consumer credit card. You will be working for a prestigious global financial institution within a Platform Services division dedicated to co-branded consumer credit cards.

You will join their Product Management organization focused on CRM, Dispute Management Systems, Phone Systems, and Chat. You will tackle a variety of exciting challenges on the roadmap, some with established solutions and others ripe for strategic input from discovery.

The organization recently implemented a new chat platform and are looking for ways to integrate more AI and Gen-AI to the platform. The goal of this project is to increase the volume and success of cardholders self-servicing issues and customer service inquiries through the chat platform (chat containment) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced, and driven team culture with the potential for continuous contract extensions. You will have the chance to contribute your ideas, lead projects end-to-end, and work closely with a dedicated engineering team. Plus, this role offers the flexibility of remote work 2 days/week.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-5 years of end-to-end Product Management experience, owning product and feature development
- Strong experience designing and implementing AI or Gen-AI use cases, preferably for Chatbots, chat platforms, IVR, or CRM platforms
- 2+ years of experience implementing chat platforms and/or managing chat bot products
- Self-starter with a passion for improving product and customer experiences

- Background in AI and Linguistics
- CRM Product experience
- Contact Management Center experience
- Integration experience with Apple Messaging
