About the Role
PepsiCo is seeking a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the transition of our Digital Twin initiative from proof-of-concept to full-scale production. This cutting-edge program is a strategic pillar for 2026 and beyond, enabling virtual replication of our warehouse and logistics operations to optimize physical investments and operational efficiency. As the Senior PM, you’ll be the driving force behind program execution, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring our partner, Siemens, delivers on milestones ahead of a major showcase in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management for the Digital Twin production rollout.
• Partner closely with Siemens and internal teams to track deliverables, escalate issues, and ensure alignment.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and IT.
• Maintain and evolve the program roadmap, timelines, and reporting cadence.
• Support the development of a future Center of Excellence (COE) for Digital Twin technologies.
• Provide hands-on PMO support, including risk management, resource planning, and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Self-sufficient and thrives in environments with limited guidance.
• Experienced in CPG warehouse operations and familiar with industry terminology.
• Understands concepts like simulation, AI, and digital modeling in the context of warehouse/logistics.
• Proactive in identifying gaps, asking the right questions, and driving accountability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks, due dates, and meetings effectively.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and status reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in CPG, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/logistics environments and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and driving accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and status reporting.
• Local to Plano, TX or willing to work onsite/hybrid in Plano
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications a plus.
